In our first expansion since 2012, we have added two new state tables to the State Voices network:

The Nebraska Civic Engagement TableNCET is committed to building an electorate representative of all Nebraskans. They work to increase the civic engagement of, specifically, African Americans, Latinos, Native Americans, new citizens, low-income families, unmarried women, LGBTQ Nebraskans, disabled Nebraskans, returning citizens, and young voters. They and their 50 table members have been working with State Voices since 2016 through our Tools For All program. NCET is led by Executive Director Zack Burgin.

The Power Coalition for Equity and Justice: The Power Coalition is a civic engagement table that works to increase power and voter participation in Louisiana communities. Through strategic investment and planning with their ten partners, they are working to increase civic engagement in their state. The Power Coalition has been part of the Tools For All program since 2016, and we have worked with Executive Director Ashley Shelton and many of their partner organizations even longer.

We are thrilled to have these new tables join the State Voices family and look forward to working in partnership with them.
